1. Our Return Standard
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear or are returned without original branding (MÅNE labels) cannot be accepted for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the correct return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
As a growing independent brand, we do not offer free returns at this stage.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We highly recommend using a Track & Trace service. MÅNE STANDARDS is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Every MÅNE bag undergoes a quality check before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact support@manestandards.com immediately with photos of the issue. We will resolve this for you at no additional cost.
