At MÅNE STANDARDS, we believe that the journey of your product should be as seamless as the design itself. We take great care in preparing and dispatching your essentials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, wherever you are in Europe.

1. Processing & Handling

Every order is handled with precision. Once your order is placed, our team begins the fulfillment process.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Shipping Days: We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We aim to keep our shipping transparent and accessible. Rates are calculated based on your location:

  • The Netherlands: €4.95 (Complimentary on orders over €60)

  • Belgium: €6.95 (Complimentary on orders over €60)

  • Rest of Europe (EU): €12.95 (Calculated at checkout)

  • Non-EU European Countries: €19.95 (Calculated at checkout)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your Crescent 60 has left our facility, the estimated transit times are:

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days.

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days.

  • Rest of Europe (EU): 3–7 business days.

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days.

Please note: While we aim for these windows, external factors such as courier delays or peak seasons may slightly impact delivery times.

4. Full Transparency (Track & Trace)

Communication is part of our standard. As soon as your package is scanned by our courier (PostNL, DHL, or DPD), you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Link. This allows you to follow your MÅNE essentials from our door to yours.

5. International Customs & Duties

For orders within the European Union (EU), no additional customs or duties will apply. For orders outside the EU (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland), the customer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may be charged upon delivery.

6. Climate-Conscious Packaging

In line with our 'Standards', we minimize waste where possible. Your bag will be shipped in durable, protective packaging designed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition while keeping our environmental footprint in mind.
